Bookings

A booking made on this site is a request for a slot. It is confirmed by the confirmation email or by phone. No deposit is taken to book.

If you cannot make it, call us. We do not charge a cancellation fee, but a slot given up in good time can be offered to someone else.

Prices

Servicing prices are worked out for your vehicle from the labour involved and the parts your engine takes. They are honest estimates rather than fixed quotes: if something else is needed once we look at the car, we tell you what it costs before the work starts.

No additional work is carried out without your agreement.

RMG MOTORS & BODY REPAIRS LIMITED is not VAT registered, so prices shown neither include nor have VAT added.

Recovery quotes

The price shown by the Recovery Meter is firm for the routed distance displayed. Situations needing extra work — a winch-out, difficult access, a second vehicle, storage — are quoted separately and told to you before work begins.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
